We make the most delicious home made cakes in many flavours including European (Russian) cakes. All our mud cakes are layered with luscious ganache and liquor syrup to enrich the flavour.

Dark Chocolate Mud Cake: Rich moist cake without the oversweet "muddy" taste filled with delicious dark chocolate ganache. Rocco La Bella from My Kitchen Rules 2012 called this "THE BEST mudcake he has ever had".
White Chocolate Mud Cake: Very moist not overly sweet filled with delicious white chocolate ganache.
Caramel Mud Cake: White chocolate moist cake enriched with caramel flavour, iced in creamy caramel ganache. Divine!
White Chocolate Citrus Mud Cake: Moist cake with subtle citrus taste of lemon, line and oranges, filled and iced in creamy white chocolate ganache. You will be wanting more.
Mars Bar Mud Cake: A Perfect combination of light, sweet and moist. You won't know it's a mud cake. Filled with chocolate buttercream and iced in dark chocolate ganache.
Baileys Mud Cake: You will know this cake has famous Irish cream in it the minute you cut it. Absolutely scrumptious. Filled with chocolate buttercream and iced in dark chocolate ganache.
Traditional Rich Fruit Cake: Rich Intense flavor, very moist. 75% fruit. Contains alcohol! (Note: Fruit cake must be ordered at least 2 months in advance.)
Hazelnut Meringue Cake: A la Kiev Cake. Airy Meringue layers with plenty of hazelnuts, iced with our in-house Chocolate Butter Cream. (not suitable for fondant covered cakes)
Almond Cake: Otherwise known as Kreschatik. Light almond meal spongy layers iced with our in-house Chocolate Butter Cream.
Poppy Seed Cake: Multilayered sponge cake full of poppy seeds. Light like air Italian Butter cream icing.
Orange Sponge Cake: Light fluffy moist sponge cake enriched with freshly squeezed orange juice filled with orange marmalade and iced in butter cream or dark chocolate ganache. (not suitable for fondant covered cakes)
Napoleon Cake: Paper thin home made puff pastry layers individually rolled and baked to crispness. Filled and iced with mouth watering vanilla custard and cream. This cake is pure indulgence. (not suitable for fondant covering)
